Serrated bottom allows for .060” (1.5mm) easy adjust increments. Machined after heat treat for flatness and accuracy. Loosen t-nut bolts and slide to desired position then tighten back up. 30 degree x .120 deep dovetail is machined in. Hardened steel with semi sharp edge so will also work well on soft materials to bite in without dove tail machined on stock. Less rigid but saves time.
