Serrated bottom allows for .060” (1.5mm) easy adjust increments. Machined after heat treat for flatness and accuracy. Loosen t-nut bolts and slide to desired position then tighten back up. As quick as a standard vise for setup then way faster after that. 1/8” (3mm) step. Reversible to hold parts up to 6” front to back.
